Help!
Despite everything I still need help on a number of items too. Any

- Ride height: does anyone know what the correct ride height measurements
should be? The manual is OK on the front, but appears wrong for the
rear. My car rides about 1" higher than everybody else's, and
although there is a small discrepancy in the position of the spring bases
due to the SPAX shox, it still seems very high. The springs are all
original and the only part missing is the a/c compressor. I know its
very heavy, but even this cannot account for the problem.
Answers so far: The rubber pads under the springs were available in two
thicknesses. I don't know yet which I have, but the Elite/Eclat appears to
have been given a higher ride height for certain markets.
- Air con: What do other owners do with these old systems? Retain the
original parts and use the old CFC gases, or switch gases, in which case
what other components in the system do you have to change?
