P - Heating / Ventilation / Air Conditioning
My car is a 503 so it was built with air conditioning. This is the next project, to re-install it. The pipework, dryer and compressor are removed at present, and the pipes ends all capped.
The compressor is an incredibly heavy unit and you can see why the 503 has stronger front springs. The compressor is a GM unit and I know that Rolls-Royce used them on cars of the same age.
I will see if the whole system can be upgraded to modern standards.
